After 5 games of tries, Remo Stars finally secured their first win over Kano Pillars in the Nigeria Premier Football League, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

In the previous 5 games, the Sky Blue Boys has only secured 2 draws and 3 defeats against Sai Masu Gida. 

Playing in Ikenne on Saturday, the host showed their intentions to win the game from the blast of the whistle and they got their opening goal in the 6th minute through Ahmed 

The away side responded immediately after the resumption of the second half with a well-tàken by Mustapha Salisu.

As Pillars players were struggling to keep the game at respectable 1-1 draw, skipper Nduka Junior pumped up the volume to score the second goal in the 90th minute and earned his team full points.
