Sunday Dare: NOC President, Others Hit Ogbomosho For Handover Of Basketball Court

Sunday Dare, the Minister of Sports and Youth Development will on Saturday hand over the newly reconstructed basketball court to Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) in Ogbomosho, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

The reconstruction is financed by the Minister to further encourage and help students who are talented basketball players find a career as an alternative to using their certificates to search for scarce jobs.

Agba Akin of Ogbomosholand, Sunday Dare had sponsored the roofing of Shoun Stadium, donated computers to the school's ICT department, and also a table tennis court.

The President Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC), Habu Gumel, former D'Tigers captain and 3rd Vice-president of NOC, Olumide Oyedeji are some of the dignitaries that will grace the occasion.
