Sunday Dare Breaks Silence On Pinnick 3rd Term Agenda

The Minister of Youth and Sports, Sunday Dare has revealed that he is not against Nigeria Football Federation President, Amaju Pinnick third term agenda adding that the federation Congress is supreme, BSNSports.com.ng reports.


The Minister stated this in an interactive session with journalists in Abuja where he said the congress of NFF will determine whether Pinnick will get a third term or not .


"I am not against Pinnick's ambition, though, he has never told me that he is contesting but I have listened to interviews where he said he is not contesting, so on the basis of that I am saying the right thing should be done.

There have been so much crisis over the years and that necessitated President Buhari insisting that an election should be held on September with major stakeholders being carried along to forestall any recurrence of what we had in the past.


"we have done our part as government institution by encouraging them to hold the elections in line with their statute. However, it is now left for NFF congress to decide who becomes the next President of the federation.
