Super 6: NWFL Announce Fixtures, Prize Money

Ahead of this year Nigeria Women Football League super 6, the organiser has released the fixtures for the competition, BSNsports.com.ng gathered

The draw was conducted on Tuesday at a press conference which also ushered in a new sponsor Tulcan Energy which gave out N10 million as a prize money for top 3 teams and also responsible for their kits 

The fixtures show 6 participating teams to be Rivers Angels, Bayelsa Queen, Naija Ratel, Edo Queens, Nasarawa Amazon and Delta Queens.

The opening game of the day one will be between Bayelsa Queens and River Angels, Nasarawa Amazon will face Naija Ratel in the second game while the third game of the day will be between Delta Queens and Edo Queens.

Meanwhile, the winner of the competition will go home with N5 million and also get to represent the country in the second edition of the Women's CAF champions league.

The second-place team will earn N3 million while N2 million will go to third place team.

The championship is slated to take place in Edo State between May 16th and 22nd, 2022.
