Nigeria took the lead through Moses Simon, who converted a well-placed cross from Cyriel Dessers. However, the Reggae Boys responded almost immediately, with Kaheim Dixon netting the equalizer.

Samuel Chukwueze restored Nigeria’s lead with a brilliant solo goal, but Jamaica once again drew level when Jon Russell scored in the 63rd minute.
