Super Eagles Defender Admires James, Alves

Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel has disclosed his admiration for Chelsea captain Reece James and Brazilian legend Dani Alves, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Birmingham City full-back made the revelation during an interview with Elegbete TV, where he spoke glowingly about the qualities he appreciates in both players.

According to Osayi-Samuel, James stands out as a complete modern full-back, capable of excelling in multiple roles on the pitch.

“Reece James. He has everything. He’s number one for sure because he just has everything. He can defend, he can attack, he can play as a midfielder he’s got the whole package,” Osayi-Samuel said.

The Super Eagles defender also highlighted the influence of former Barcelona star Dani Alves, noting that the Brazilian was a major inspiration during his formative years.

“Dani Alves as well. He’s someone I watched when I was young. The link-up with Messi, watching how full-backs connect with their wingers, was something I loved seeing a lot,” he added.

Osayi-Samuel has been one of Nigeria’s key performers in recent outings and remains a pivotal member of the Super Eagles squad currently in Morocco, where his versatility and energy down the flank have continued to impress.
