Super Eagles Defender Back In South Africa

South African club Stellenbosch FC are currently assessing Super Eagles defender Olisa Ndah following his exit from Orlando Pirates in the recent transfer window, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 28-year-old centre-back made 81 appearances for the Buccaneers, establishing himself as a fan favourite during his time at the Soweto-based club, although his spell was disrupted by recurring injury problems.

Ndah won two Nedbank Cup titles with Orlando Pirates, but both the club and the player mutually agreed to part ways during the last transfer window, bringing an end to his stay in Johannesburg.

The Nigerian international was recently linked with a move to Libyan side Al Shomooa, with reports last week suggesting a deal was close.

However, Stellenbosch FC have now emerged as a possible destination, with the club reportedly monitoring his fitness and condition ahead of a potential move.

A decision on his future is expected in the coming days as Stellenbosch continue their assessment of the former Super Eagles defender.
