Super Eagles Defender Gets New Manager In Italy

Super Eagles defender, Tyrone Ebuehi, has gotten a new manager in the Italian Serie A with Empoli, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ebuehi joined Empoli permanently last summer from the Portuguese Primera Liga side SL Benfica.

The Nigerian International played a pivotal in the club's relegation survival last season.

Their performance in the new season has not been encouraging and their 7-0 defeat to AS Roma last weekend led to the sacking of their manager Paolo Zanetti.

The club management has announced the appointment of Aurelio Andreazzoli as the club manager.

Ebuehi is in the final year of his contract and it's remained unclear if he will sign an extension with the Italian side.
