Nigerian striker Cyriel Dessers says US Cremonese will record its first win in the Italian Serie A soon, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

After weeks of making his Serie A debut, Dessers ended his goal back-to-back goals-to-back goals against Napoli and Spezia.

"It was a nice feeling, but I have always remained calm," the Nigerian told Het Laatste Nieuws.

“I might have been more concerned about it in the past. I am now more experienced. I know what I can do and I am sure I have my place in this competition. Sure, I can say it now. But I expect that I will also show it.”

Serie A is already a fantastic competition for Dessers. “This was my dream. I have already played at Olimpico against Roma, played Inter at the San Siro and recently scored my first goal against a strong Napoli side. We lost 1-4, but I scored the equalizer. At least then I can cheer.”

Cremonese is currently 19th and has not yet won a single match. “I don't feel that way until now. If the backlog were to get to the end, you might get that. So it would be ideal to be above the danger zone by then.”
