Nigeria international Rafiu Durosinmi is on the verge of completing a move to Belgian Pro League side Genk, with the club optimistic of finalising the transfer in the coming days, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Super Eagles forward has emerged as a key transfer target for the Belgian outfit, and negotiations are understood to be progressing positively ahead of the new season.

Durosinmi was previously linked with Italian Serie A side Pisa, but Genk now appears to have won the race for the Nigerian striker's signature.

If the deal is completed, the move will provide Durosinmi with a fresh opportunity to continue his development in Belgium, where Genk has built a strong reputation for nurturing young talents before they move on to Europe's elite leagues.
