Nigerian forward Gift Orban was on target on Sunday as Hellas Verona were held to a 2-2 draw by Cagliari, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

Verona started the game brightly and were rewarded when Gagliardi opened the scoring in the first half.

Orban doubled their advantage in the 59th minute with a well-taken goal, showcasing his sharp instincts inside the box.

However, the visitors fought back late in the game. Riyad Idrissi pulled one back in the 77th minute before Felici struck a dramatic equalizer in the 90th minute to rescue a point for Cagliari.

Despite the result, Orban’s performance was a major highlight for Verona, with the Super Eagles star continuing to impress in the Italian Serie A this season.
