Nigeria's Super Eagles goalkeeper Adebayo Adeleye has sent a thank you message to his former club Hapoel Jerusalem, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Nigerian International joined Cypriot League club Enosis Neon Paralimni last week after 6 years of service to Hapoel Jerusalem.
The agile goalkeeper was about the move and he also sent a good message to the Israeli club.
“I’m grateful for this opportunity, and I would say that it’s a privilege to be here. I believe so much in the team, and I’m looking forward to a remarkable season.
“A big thank you to Hapoel Jerusalem for your supports and motivation. The good six years with the club weren’t a waste. Thanks for encouraging me to keep striving for the best. You’ll forever remain in my heart", he said.
Adeleye made his professional debut with Hapoel in August 2021, keeping a clean sheet in a 0–0 draw with Hapoel Nof HaGalil.
