Super Eagles Midfielder Gets New Manager In Portugal

Following strings of poor results, the management of the Portuguese Primera Liga side GD Chaves has decided to change guard, BSNSports.com.ng reports

Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Kelechi Nwakali is presently on the payroll of the club after he joined them this summer following his contract expiration with the Spanish second-division side Ponfenrendina SC.

Since the start of the season, Chaves under the tutelage of Jose Gomes have been very poor and awful.

The team has lost every league game they have played this season and they are on the wrong side of the table.

The club hierarchy on Thursday evening appointed Moreno as the new manager of the club.

Moreno formerly worked with Victoria Setubal and left them when they crashed out of the Europa League.
