Super Eagles Skipper Ahmed Musa Boosts Kano Pillars with ₦1M

As Sai Masu Gida seek to solidify their stake in the NNL promotional playoffs against Kastina United, Super Eagles skipper - Ahmed Musa, has boosted the morale of the Kano Pillars' team with a whooping sum of ₦1 million to win the game.

BSNSports.com.ng reports the pledge made by Musa while speaking with the club's captain - Rabi'u Ali aka Pele on the phone at midday, in anticipation of the decisive clash in the Northern conference.

Ahmed Musa has a reputation for philanthropy when it comes to domestic football, especially towards his home club, Kano Pillars, a team he also played with for four months between 14th April to 27th July 2021.

Kano Pillars started like a house on fire in their bid to return to the top tier having bagged six maximum points from the first two games against EFCC FC (1-0) and DMD (2-0) and will secure a place in the next season's NPL with a positive result against Kastina today.
