Trabzonspor claimed the Turkish Cup title after a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Konyaspor in the final, thanks to a match-winning brace from Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Super Eagles forward delivered a heroic performance, scoring both of Trabzonspor’s goals to secure the domestic trophy.

 Onuachu opened the scoring in the first half with a clinical finish, before doubling his side’s lead in the second half with another composed strike.

Konyaspor managed to pull a goal back in the closing stages of the match, creating late tension, but Trabzonspor’s defence held firm to preserve the lead and lift the cup.

The brace caps what has been an impressive season for Onuachu, further cementing his status as a key player for the Turkish giants. 

His decisive display on the big stage highlights his growing influence and ability to deliver when it matters most.
