It's a big boost for Nigeria's Super Falcons manager Randy Waldrum as one the team player Halimatu Ayinde returned to action after spending 11 on the sideline, BSNsports.com.ng can report.


Ayinde has been out of action since May 2021 after she ruptured her Anterior Cruciate Ligament in the Eskilstuna 3-0 loss to Hacken.


After going through treatment and proper rehabilitation, the skilful player returned to action against the same opponent and helped as they secured a 1-0 win.


Ayinde who has made 38 appearances for Eskilstuna was part of the Nigeria national team at the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup and the winning squad at the 2014 African Women's Championship.
