Nigeria's senior men's cricket team, the Yellow Greens, endured a difficult start to the T20I Tri-Series in Windhoek, Namibia, after falling to a seven-wicket defeat against Hong Kong in their opening fixture, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Batting first, Nigeria posted 126 all out in 19.4 overs, with Selim Salau leading the scoring with a brisk 41 runs.

Chima Akachukwu also made a useful contribution to help the Yellow Greens set a modest target.

In response, Hong Kong comfortably chased down the target, reaching 127 for 2 in just 16.2 overs.

Anshuman Rath anchored the innings with a superb unbeaten 72, guiding his side to victory with ease.
