TRAGIC: Ndidi’s Father Dies In Car Crash

Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi has tragically lost his father in a car accident, reports BSNSports.com.ng,

Besiktas, where Ndidi currently plays, confirmed the tragic news. 

The club wrote on Tuesday morning: “We are deeply saddened to learn of the tragic passing of our footballer Wilfred Ndidi‘s esteemed father, Sunday Ndidi, in a fatal traffic accident.

 “May Allah grant mercy to the deceased; we extend our condolences to our footballer Wilfred Ndidi, his family, and loved ones.”

Ndidi, 29, joined the Turkish outfit last summer for over £10million having spent eight years with Leicester City.

The Nigerian international made more than 300 appearances for the Foxes with 220 coming in the Premier League.
