Team Nigeria Secures Automatic Ticket To World Ultimate Challenge In Budapest

Team Nigeria has secured an automatic qualification ticket for the World Ultimate Challenge scheduled to hold later this year in Budapest, Hungary, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria achieved the feat after finishing sixth in the Mixed 4x100m relay event in a highly competitive race.

The performance also confirmed Nigeria as the only African nation to secure an automatic qualification ticket in the event for both the 2027 World Championships and this year’s Ultimate Challenge in Hungary.

With the latest result, Team Nigeria has now secured three qualification tickets for the 2027 World Championships, alongside one ticket for the Ultimate Challenge competition in Budapest.

The achievement further highlights Nigeria’s growing strength in relay events on the global stage as the athletes continue preparations for upcoming international competitions.
