Team Nigeria currently tops the medals table at the ongoing Africa Military Games holding in Abuja, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

As at 1800hrs of 23rd November, 2024, Team Nigeria has amassed a total of 73 medals - 37 Gold, 21 Silver and 15 Bronze medals. Algeria is a distant 2nd with 26 medals, and Libya 3rd with 9 medals.

Meanwhile, Team Nigeria Armed Forces claimed 11 medals in the Taekwondo event, nine of which are Gold medals, with five coming from the Poomsae events.
