For Portugal, the fixture is a critical part of their build-up to the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025. The Seleção das Quinas, led by head coach Francisco Neto, recently secured qualification for the tournament after finishing second in their UEFA Women’s Nations League group. Now, they aim to test their mettle against Africa’s most successful women’s team.
