Nigerian Under 23 player Tobechukwu Henry Ibe has signed for AS Cotonou FC of Benin. 

Ibe who played for the U17 team and Dakkada FC of Nigeria inked an initial one-year deal with the possibility of an extension for an additional year.  

The announcement of the former Kwara United and Abia Warriors Player comes on the heels of a successful medical examination, confirming that the talented footballer is fit and ready to embark on a new chapter of his career.

Ibe, who plays as a Defender or right back position boasts an impressive track record as a former Junior Under 23 and Under 17 World Winner, has long been regarded as one of Nigeria's most promising talents.

The 25 year-old arrival at AS Cotonou FC is anticipated to bring a fresh wave of energy and skill to the club, making them a formidable force this season.
