Lobi Stars have appointed former MFM FC and Katsina United coach, Tony Bulus as their new head coach. This comes after Mohammed Baba Ganaru resigned just 14 days into his tenure at the club.

Bulus becomes the fifth manager to take charge of the Makurdi side this season. The primary assignment before Bulus is to save the Makurdi based side from relegation to the Nigeria National League with ten matches left.

In a decisive move by Lobi Stars Chairman, Dr. Philip Nongu, Coach Tope Bulus was introduced to replace Muhammed Baba Ganaru, who exited after three winless matches. Players and staff were urged to give him their full cooperation or risk further consequences.
