Trabzonspor Files FIFA Complaint Against Al Ahli Over Paul Onuachu Approach

Turkish club Trabzonspor have reportedly lodged a complaint with FIFA against Saudi Pro League side Al Ahli over alleged illegal contact with Nigerian striker Paul Onuachu, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

According to reports, Trabzonspor claim that Al Ahli approached the Super Eagles forward without first obtaining the club's permission, despite the striker still having two years remaining on his contract.

The Turkish club believes the alleged approach breached FIFA's regulations governing the transfer and negotiation of contracted players and has now taken the matter to world football's governing body.

Meanwhile, Al Ahli are reportedly prepared to offer Onuachu a lucrative contract worth around €450,000 per week as they seek to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
