Trabzonspor Rivals Genoa With Second Offer For Arokodare

Trabzonspor will offer a second bid to lure Super Eagles striker Tolu Arokodare away from the English Championship this summer, reports BSNSports.com.ng.
The Turkish Super Lig club is looking to replace Augusto, whom they sold to Zenit for € 15 million plus € 5 million in add-ons, with Arokodare.
Fiorentina, having filled their non-EU quota with Christ Inao Oulai, were forced to withdraw from the race for Tolu Arokodare.
Trabzonspor will submit a new offer for the 25-year-old striker, as there's a new Serie A interest in the Super Eagles striker, as Genoa have reportedly joined the race to sign Arokodare from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Wolves have already rejected an opening bid for the lanky Nigerian and are holding out for a fee of over €20 million.
However, Trabzonspor will resume transfer negotiations with Wolverhampton and Arokodare. It is reported that Trabzonspor has reached a preliminary agreement with him.
Arokodare is said to have agreed to join after speaking with his compatriot Paul Onuachu. It is claimed that Trabzonspor, having reached an agreement with the 1.97m tall star, will offer the English club a loan deal with a purchase option.
Arokodare, who has a contract with his club until 2029, currently has a market value of € 20 million.
After scoring 23 goals in 39 official matches for Genk last season, transferred to Wolverhampton for 24 million euros. He has scored 6 goals in 38 matches for the English team.
