Transfer: Alhassan Thrilled To Join Boavista

Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Ibrahim Alhassan has expressed his excitement over his move to the Portuguese Primera League side Boavista, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Alhassan on Thursday afternoon signed a 2-year deal with Boavista and is expected to resume pre-season training with the team immediately.

"I am very happy. Signing for Boavista was an easy decision, firstly because I know how great the club is and also because I have already played in Portugal, which I consider to be my second home.

 I am very excited about this challenge and I can’t wait to meet my new teammates and start this adventure”, said the 27-year-old player.

Alhassan has also played for Austrian Wien and Beerschot before moving to Portugal.
