West Ham United has indicated interest in the service of Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Taiwo Awoniyi , BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian International has an average season with the Nottingham Forest last season due to consistent injury.

He contributed his quota to the survival of Forest late in the season but the club of the side Nuno Espirito Santo is likely to listen to offers for him.

The newly appointed coach of West Ham Julen Lopetegui has focused Awoniyi as his ideal striker in the coming season.
