Italian giants AC Milan are set to make a final decision on Monday regarding the signing of Nigerian striker Victor Boniface, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Super Eagles forward underwent medical tests in Italy over the weekend after Milan reached an agreement with Bayer Leverkusen for a loan deal.

 Boniface returned to Germany on Sunday morning following the medicals and now awaits the club’s verdict.

The Rossoneri hierarchy is expected to meet on Monday to conclude discussions, with concerns over the 24-year-old’s injury history playing a key role in deliberations.

Boniface has undergone multiple knee surgeries in recent years, a factor that continues to weigh heavily on Milan’s decision-making.
