Transfer Update: Awaziem On Radar Of FC Cincinnati

Canadian club FC Cincinnati has approached Portuguese Primera Liga side Boavista for the services of the Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Awaziem joined Boavista permanently from FC Porto last summer after having a successful loan spell in the penultimate season.

The utility defender has been a key figure in the backline of Boavista since his arrival and he was outstanding for the club last season.

FC Cincinnati on Tuesday afternoon approached Boavista to have the signature of the Nigerian International ahead of the new season.

Cincinnati is a Canadian club but they participating in the Major League Soccer in the United States.
