Transfer Update: Besiktas Table Offers For Super Eagles Forward

Turkish Super Lig giants Besiktas have formally tabled an offer for Super Eagles and OGC Nice forward Terem Moffi, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian international has been sidelined at the French Ligue 1 club following a turbulent period that saw him allegedly attacked by club supporters amid Nice’s poor run of form this season.

The incident further strained the relationship between the player and the club’s fanbase, deepening uncertainty around his future.

Sources close to the situation indicate that Moffi has since signified his intention to leave OGC Nice, prompting interest from multiple clubs across Europe.

Besiktas have now joined the race, submitting an official offer as they look to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the second half of the season.

Moffi, who joined Nice after an impressive spell in Ligue 1, remains highly rated for his physical presence, pace, and goal-scoring ability.

His potential departure would represent a significant move in the January transfer window, with more clubs expected to declare interest in the coming days.

Negotiations are ongoing, and a final decision is expected to depend on Nice’s valuation and Moffi’s personal terms, as the Turkish giants push to secure his signature.
