Transfer Update: Boniface Absent From Leverkusen Training As Al Nassr Talks Progress

Nigeria's Super Eagles forward, Victor Boniface, was notably absent from Bayer Leverkusen's training session on Tuesday, ahead of their UEFA Champions League match, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The forward, who recently recovered from injury, has been the subject of intense transfer speculation, with Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr reportedly in pursuit of his services. 

Al Nassr's board reportedly made a significant £50 million offer for Boniface on Monday, and it appears Bayer Leverkusen is close to agreeing to the deal.

The German club held its final training session on Tuesday for their Champions League fixture, but Boniface was not present.

Sources suggest the Nigerian international is preparing to travel to Saudi Arabia to finalize his move.
