Transfer Update: Ekong Completes Saudi Switch

Saudi Pro League side, Al Khalood, has completed the signing of the Nigeria's Super Eagles defender, William Troost Ekong, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian international spent last season with the Greek champions Paok Salonikas where he made 10 appearances.

His performance for the Super Eagles in the 2023 African Cup of Nations attracted several top clubs but it was Saudi club that showed more interest in having him.

After having a successful medical, Ekong signed a 2-year deal with the newly promoted club.
