Transfer Update: Former Golden Eaglets Star Joins French Ligue 1 Club

Former Nigeria's Golden Eaglets Star Hazmat Ojediran has joined the French Ligue One Club RC Lens until 2028, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

He spent 6 months in Albania and In February 2023, he joined Debrecen VSC, seven times Hungarian champion, initially on loan, before signing definitively at the dawn of the 2023/24 season.

"Strength in the midfield! Effective in recovery and strong in duels, Hamzat Ojediran (20 years old) strengthens the Lens midfield from Debrecen VSC. Revelation of the last Hungarian championship, the Nigerian signed in Artois until 2028", the club said. 

Ojediran has made 26 appearances in all competitions in his first season in Hungary.
