Nigerian midfielder Augustine Okejepha has completed a move to Ethiopian Premier League side Welayta Dicha S.C. on a short-term contract, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The deal, which runs for six months, marks the player’s latest step in his professional career as he continues his journey outside Nigeria.

Okejepha previously featured for Rivers United F.C. in the Nigeria Premier Football League, where he gained valuable top-flight experience before deciding to seek opportunities abroad.

His switch to Welayta Dicha is expected to bolster the Ethiopian club’s midfield options as they aim to strengthen their squad for the remainder of the season.
