Transfer Update: Fulham Offers £15 Million For Bassey

Ahead of the 2023/2024 English Premier League kickoff, Fulham FC has continued to strengthen its squad for the new season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The club earlier in the week announced a new deal for Brazilian International Willian.

The Craven Cottage club on Wednesday approached Dutch Eredivisie side Ajax Amsterdam for the services of Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey.

Bassey joined the Amsterdam side last summer from the Scottish side Glasgow Rangers but he has been unable to secure regular playing time due to his loss of form.

Even though Bassey has insisted on staying and fighting for his position, Fulham has tabled a £15 million offer for him.
