Algerian Ligue 1 side JS Saoura have officially announced the signing of Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) top scorer Yusuf Anas, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian striker, who starred for Nasarawa United, finished last season as the league’s leading marksman and attracted interest from several clubs across North Africa following his prolific campaign.

JS Saoura confirmed Anas’ arrival on Saturday afternoon after the forward successfully completed his compulsory medical examination, sealing his move to the Algerian top flight.

The transfer represents a major step in Anas’ career, with the NPFL goal machine set to begin a new chapter in Algeria as he looks to replicate his scoring form on the continental stage.
