Transfer Update: Nigerian Forward Uchenna Ogundu Set For Hearts Move

Scottish Premiership side Heart of Midlothian are closing in on the signing of Nigerian forward Uchenna Ogundu, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ogundu, who had a standout season with Turkish second-division club Sanliurfaspor, caught the attention of scouts after netting six goals and providing two assists.

The 19-year-old joined Sanliurfaspor from Nigeria’s Diamond Academy in August and made his professional debut in January.

Reports from The Scotsman suggest that Hearts are seriously considering a move for the promising attacker.

However, they will need to table a convincing offer, as Sanliurfaspor are reluctant to part ways with Ogundu for a low fee.
