Little known Nigerian midfielder Victor Akpan has joined Iraqi Premier League side Massagi Al-jonob as a free agent, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Katsina State-born player last season played for the Tanzania Side Ihefu FC . He moved to Massagi on Thursday following the expiration of his contract and thus increased the number of the Nigerian players in the league. Apart from Ihefu FC, Akpan has àlso played Coastal Union and Simba SC.
