Transfer Update: Russia Premier League Clubs Queue Up For Nigerian Striker

Following his decent performance in the ongoing 2023/2024 Russian Premier League season many Russian top clubs have shown interest in the services of the Nigeria forward Jonathan Okoronkwo, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Okoronkwo joined FC Krasnodar's reserved team on loan from Bulgarian club Botev Plovdiv in 2022 and made his debut in the Russian Football National League for Krasnodar against FC Baltika Kaliningrad.

The 20-year-old was promoted to the main squad of FC Krasnodar and made his Russian Premier League debut against FC Dynamo Moscow.

 Okoronkwo who is presently on loan with Arsenal Tula has scored 12 goals in 19 matches this season.

Arsenal has approached Krasnodar to get him permanently but other clubs have also tabled offers for the skilful attacker
