Transfer Update: South African Club Extends Contract Of Nigerian Striker

South African Premier Soccer League side Sekhukhune United has extended the contract of Nigerian forward Chibuike Ohizu following his impressive performances for the club, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The 28-year-old striker began his professional career with Inter Enugu in Nigeria before moving to South Africa to join Leruma United. Ohizu initially signed for Sekhukhune United on loan from fellow South African club Jomo Cosmos in 2021.
During his loan spell, he netted 2 goals in 9 appearances, earning himself a permanent deal with the club the same year.
On Monday, Sekhukhune United confirmed the contract extensions of Ohizu along with four other key players: ▪️ Linda Mntambo ▪️ Daniel Cardoso ▪️ Chibuike Ohizu ▪️ Vusimuzi Ncube ▪️ Tresor Tshibwabwa
Ohizu has made 69 appearances for Sekhukhune United, scoring 21 goals during his time at the club.
