Transfer Update: South African Giants Unveil Super Eagles Goalkeeper Kayode Bankole

Super Eagles goalkeeper Kayode Bankole has officially joined South African Premier Division side TS Galaxy, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 22-year-old shot-stopper completed a free transfer to the Mpumalanga-based club and signed a two-year contract after leaving Remo Stars following the expiration of his deal.

Bankole spent five successful years with the Sky Blue Stars, playing a crucial role in their rise in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

He was among six key players who departed the club at the end of the 2024/25 season. Founded in 2015, TS Galaxy nicknamed The Rockets play their home matches at the Mbombela Stadium.

The club finished fifth in the South African Premier League last season.
