Transfer Update: South Sudan Club Parts Ways with Former Rivers United Goalkeeper

South Sudan Premier League side Jamus SC has released eight players as part of efforts to restructure the squad ahead of the new season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Leading the list of departures is former Rivers United goalkeeper, Victor Sochima.

The towering shot-stopper joined the Sudanese outfit last summer but struggled to establish himself as the team’s first-choice goalkeeper.

The other players shown the exit door are Ichaka Diarra, Emmanuel Mvuyekure, Levi Daniel, Agumemboki Felix Abishai, Emmanuel Maku Michael, Silva Goah Nguany, and Joseph Kenyi.

The club management confirmed that the decision is aimed at strengthening the squad for improved performance next season.
