French Ligue One club FC Nantes are in full discussion with the Portuguese Primera Liga side Boavista for the services of Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Chidozie Awaziem, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Nigerian international left the Croatian Premier League side Hadjuk Split last season following the expiration of his loan deal.
Top European clubs have shown interest in getting the Nigerian versatile defender but the Canaries seem to have been in the forefront of getting him.
The 2 clubs are in full negotiations and if things go according to plan Awaziem will be rejoining the French Ligue side.
He's not new to the club having represented them in the 2017/2018 season on loan from Portugal.
