Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Chisom Egbuchulam continued his Asian adventure as he joined another Chinese second-division side Sichuan Jiuniu, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Egbuchulam was part of the Rangers International victorious team of 2016 before moving abroad to team up with the Swedish side BK Hacken.

Since then the skilful attacker has had to impress in all the clubs he has played for.

In January 2020 he signed for Meizhou Hakka and became a vital member of the team that gained promotion to the top tier after coming second within the division at the end of the 2021 China League One campaign, scoring 27 goals in 71 matches.

He was announced as a Sichuan player on July 1st, 2023.

In 2016, Egbuchulam was called up to the Nigeria senior squad and was an unused substitute as the Super Eagles beat Zambia 2-1.
