Transfer Update: Super Eagles Forward Joins Turkish Super Lig Club

Turkish Super Lig side Umraniyespor has confirmed the acquisition of Nigeria's Super Eagles forward Kayode Olarenwaju, BSNSports.com.ng report.

Former Junior International spent last season with another Turkish side Sivasspor on loan from the Ukrainian Premier League side Shakhtar Donetsk.

He returned to the Ukrainian side but was unable to play in the first stanza of this season.

Umraniyespor on Monday afternoon announced the signing of Kayode until the end of the season.

" Welcome, Kayo. Our club tied a contract with the 29-year-old Larry Kayode of Shakhtar Donetsk team to his colour until the end of the season.

We welcome you Kayode and wish you good luck", the club said.

Kayode scored 12 goals in 66 appearances for Sivasppor before his departure at the end of last season.
