Transfer Update: Super Eagles Goalkeeper Joins Zesco United
Sampson Adedeji
Zesco United has confirmed the signing of Nigerian goalkeeper Victor Sochima on a two-year contract ahead of the 2025/2026 Zambia Premier League season, according to BSNSports.com.ng.
The 26-year-old shot-stopper previously played a pivotal role in helping Rivers United clinch the Nigerian league title before moving abroad.
After leaving the Pride of Rivers, Sochima joined Tanzania's Tabora United before making the switch to Zesco United.
The club made the announcement on Thursday, with Sochima expected to link up with the first team for the upcoming season. Last year, he was with South Sudan's Jamus FC.
