Transfer Update: Super Eagles Midfielder Joins Serie B Club Reggina

Italian Serie B side Club Reggina has announced the signing of Super Eagles midfielder Joel Obi on a 2-year deal, BSNsports.com.ng understands.
Obi played for Salernitana in the Serie A last season where he helped the club survive relegation despite having a difficult start to the season.
The left-footed player is not new to Italian football having played for many clubs in the country such as Inter Milan, Parma and Hellas Verona.
Reginna confirmed his capture on Wednesday evening through its official news outlet.
"Reggina 1914 announces that it has reached an agreement for the right to sports performance of the footballer Joel Obi. The midfielder, born in 1991, moves to the shores of the Strait signing a two-year contract.
"To Joel a warm welcome to the amaranth family," the club said.
Obi was part of the Super Eagles team to Russia 2018 World Cup under former coach Gernot Rohr.
