Transfer Update: Super Eagles Striker Linked With AC Milan Move

Nigeria’s Super Eagles forward and Bayer Leverkusen striker, Victor Boniface, is on the verge of sealing a move to Italian Serie A giants AC Milan, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Boniface has been a revelation in the German Bundesliga since arriving a few seasons ago, quickly establishing himself as one of the league’s most exciting attackers. Despite battling injuries last season, he still managed to hit double digits in goals for Leverkusen.

Reports from Italy indicate that AC Milan Sporting Director, Igli Tare, has submitted a proposal to Leverkusen’s board, with negotiations currently under review.

It is also understood that Boniface has reached an agreement in principle on personal terms with the Rossoneri.

Should the transfer go through, the 23-year-old striker will link up with his compatriot Samuel Chukwueze at the San Siro.
