Transfer Update: Turkish Club Agrees To Sign Nigerian Forward

Turkish Super Lig club Hatayaspor has agreed to sign Nigerian forward Jonathan Okoronkwo from the Russian Premier League club Krasnodar, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Okoronkwo started his professional career with the Bulgarian side Botev Plovdiv after he moved from Diamond Academy in Calabar.

He joined Krasnodar on loan later in the year before securing a permanent move in 2023.

According to an update from Turkey, Hatayaspor has agreed to sign the 20-year-old Nigerian attacker.

He scored 17 goals in 30 appearances for another Russian side Arsenal Tula where he played on loan in the just concluded season.
