Everything goes according to plan, Nigeria's Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi may likely be playing his football in the Turkish Super League next season, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Ndidi who has been a household name in the English Premier League had a season to forget last campaign as incessant injuries affected his performance at Leicester City.

The Foxes suffered relegation last season and several top players are already leaving the team for other teams.

Turkey Super Lig side Fenerbahce are already making plans to table an offer for the Nigeria international.

Ndidi was in action for the Foxes last weekend in a pre-season game against Nottingham Forest and he was even the captain in that game but Leicester City are ready to offload the defensive midfielder.
